I am big into setting goals for personal growth and in your career. Afterall, being in sales, it seems your whole day/week/month/quarter/year revolves around reaching goals.
So in the next week I will finalize my 2013 goals. These are subject to change and modifications as the year progresses. Obviously you do not want to set yourself up for failure or make these items to easy.
One item on the preliminary list:
- 2x/month update blogs (this blog)
I have dreams for this blog, which may include a name change.

How many trips have you had with an unsuccessful result, i.e. SKUNKED?!?! Then you hear it, "Should have been here yesterday." With those thoughts in mind, the journey, memories and experiences make fishing what it is. The catch is a moment that puts the cherry on top.
